From the Frontline to the Front Counter
Heather spent six years as a paramedic with Fall River EMS, sitting with people through the worst moments of their lives. Baking became her outlet — a way to manage the anxiety and weight of the job, especially through the pandemic.
What started with chocolate treats and cupcakes turned into a real obsession with the science of baking. She took cake classes, built her own recipes through trial and error, and eventually stepped back from full-time EMS work to give it her full attention.

Every custom order is personal to her. After years of showing up for people on their worst days, Frontline is her way of showing up for their best ones — birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, baby showers — in a cafe that feels safe, happy, and relaxed the moment you walk in.
